Description

This is a beautiful Benjamin Roberts gown from the Classic Collection which I loved wearing on my wedding day. Made from ivory French taffeta it picks up the light for an iridescent effect. There is fine bead work over lace across the top of the bodice and rueshing detail around the waist which is very flattering. It has a circle train which flows around and underlay netting kicks the bottom of the gown out creating an hour glass fishtail silhouette. There is a built-in, boned lace-up bodice to cinch in the waist. Delicate buttons run down the back on the bodice concealing the zip. The train has a bustle hook-up and wrist hook. There are beaded spaghetti straps which are removable. The dress was only taken in very slightly round the bust. I\\\’m 5\\\’7\\\” and wore 3\\\” heals which left the gown skimming the floor at just the right length. I took great care of the dress when I wore it and have had it professionally dry cleaned since (and have the receipt).
